My English is bad, Will I be heard by my Doctor?
We appreciate the Ethnic Diversity among our Patients and pride ourselves in being Patient-centered. We have access to Language Line Services across more than 50 languages of the World. Moreso, Our Doctors and Staff are multilingual and delighted to make you feel at home whether you are English speaking or not.
What should I do if I specifically require a female doctor?
Unfortunately, we do not have female clinicians for now. if they have to, our male clinicians would examine female patients with a female chaperone present.
How long does it take to process my application?
Most patients would receive a meet and greet appointment within 24hours of submitting a Registration form. We appreciate your patience as we work to expedite the process while maintaining accuracy.
Does completing the form guarantee acceptance into the family practice?
No, completing the form does NOT guarantee acceptance. We have strict rules, policies, and eligibility criteria in place, and in most cases, individuals with existing family doctors cannot be added to the roster unless specific conditions are met.
