None at the moment. However, our male doctors are available for new Patients.

Can I receive the registration form via email?
Unfortunately, we cannot send the registration form via email due to high demand. Please visit our front desk between 9 am and 5 pm to collect the necessary forms.
What should I do if I specifically require a female doctor?
Unfortunately, we do not have female clinicians for now. if they have to, our male clinicians would examine female patients with a female chaperone present.
How long does it take to process my application?
Most patients would receive a meet and greet appointment within 72hours of submitting a Registration form. We appreciate your patience as we work to expedite the process while maintaining accuracy.
Does completing the form guarantee acceptance into the family practice?
No, completing the form does NOT guarantee acceptance. We have strict rules, policies, and eligibility criteria in place, and in most cases, individuals with existing family doctors cannot be added to the roster unless specific conditions are met.
